Research

Along with teaching, research is a main goal of NISER. The School of Mathematics aims to have a vibrant academic and research ambience for faculties, students and visitors. Currently, NISER library houses about 10-20 journals in hard copy and has access to science direct from where one can fully access 103 mathematics journals. MathSciNet and JOSTR will be available within a few months.

Currently, the faculties are experts in the research area of differential equations, harmonic analysis, graph theory and cryptology.
